I dunno..... if She's a villian, she can be Tarantula (I found her data here http://dc.wikia.com/wiki/Catalina_F.....28New_Earth%29 ) (that fit her cop aspect.....)
But for just badassitude, she may be Talia Al Ghul or something like that......
Or maybe , if we want a hero, she can be Batwoman or.... CATWOMAN....
