After showing up to Awesome Con this weekend with a severely depleted art card portfolio, I put in the time to beef it up a bit. It's a good problem when you're stock is low because so much of it sold, but not having much fan art at a fandom con was annoying.

Yes, I even tried ponies again. I never really tried to draw them, because I didn't see a need with just about everyone else drawing them, but once I drew that pretty good Applejack (and became the "Are you the one who drew the Fluttershy?" dude at Fur The 'More) I caved in and gave it another shot. I still haven't attempted Rarity or Rainbow Dash, because that's advanced ponying, and I'm still an unpracticed novice... but one day?

I'm looking for more cute franchises to add to the art cards, especially since Animal Crossing's time is passing by. Dammit, geeks, it's so rare that something I enjoy is popular - WHY DID YOU HAVE TO MOVE ON AND LEAVE ME CLUELESS AGAIN?!? I promised I'd make a few Digimon cards for Anthrocon. What other franchises would mesh well with a Precocious style? (I must justify fanarting by showing off the Chrispy Look. GROW THE BRAND!)

For Anthrocon, I want to go back to having two mini folders - one of comic examples and one with art - rather than putting it all together to give it adequate heft. And then I want to END the show with my stock deleted again, so the cycle of renewal can happen once more.
