This week’s prompt has a dual purpose. First Crux, a wonderful artist made a journal entry that started my mind thinking of the few dogs I’ve had and lost to time. By the time I’d read his journal anything that I might have said to comfort him had already been expressed by so many other kind souls here that I stayed silent. But my muse didn’t. She took hold of my memories and this week’s prompt and came up with something special.

I’m not one to promote my own work on someone else’s page so I’ll just respond to your journal this way. Thinking back on it I should have made this for anyone who’s had and lost a friend.
That aside I’m so sorry for your loss of today but at the same time rejoice in the blessings and happiness of yesterday.
