I think the pose and colours are what attracted me to doing this particular pic in the first place. You don't often see characters lit from underneath. Of course, it being a pic of Rouge was a major plus for me too.

I do have one I'm currently working on, however that one is from ep 11 where she's holding the crystal that she stole.

Your second link where she's holding the crystal is exactly the one that I've been working on.
The crystal itself is proving to be rather tricky as it's lines are quite faint also I'm not too sure how I'm going to recreate that glowing effect that's on it, however I am making decent progress.
The first one.. I'm not so keen on; personally I don't think the pose is that inspiring and also it would be rather challenging to work on an image of that size.
Thank you for the links. I stumbled upon the team artail site just yesterday while searching for more images of Rouge. They seem to have quite a lot of stuff so I think I'll be using some of those for future reference.

for the Glow effect I can do it like I did the Shine on the Rouge I colored (but my service will be cancelled by June 1st) so I have to take advantage while i can otherwise il be online thru my phone only x_x;
