Powerful doesn't even begin to describe Dalthia. Truly a master of her craft, she is able to manipulate cold elements in a manner that dwarves natural subarctic climates tenfold. Her lack of equipment is more than made up by the surplus of natural armor and arcane/evocation spell casting given by her exceptional talents. Be wary of her should she become a foe.

So you ignore the race part of D&D's game mechanics and treat everyone as a medium sized humanoid with 30 land speed, no racial language, no stat bonuses/penalties, 1 extra feet, 4 extra skill points at 1st level and 1 extra skill point at each additional level, and no racial abilities?
Since everyone is a species, its difficult for me to make up a race on the fly that best fits them, especially because a lot of them are races in and of themselves, which if compared to D&D, would possibly classify them as monsters rather than player characters. I, personally, have never played as a monster character nor has anyone I've known played a monster character, so I omit the race and racial traits because I lack the experience of making up races.
Ah, I recommend this, then -whilst for Pathfinder, the races can be easily adapted for D&D without any change most of the time.

Simply treat races built on 20 Race Points as ECL +1 and increase the ECL by 1 for every 10 Race Points afterwards when the total RP is rounded to the nearest multiple of ten. So both a 28 RP race and a 32 RP would be ECL +2, a 36 RP race and a 44 RP race would be ECL +3, etc.
Also, Monsters can be player character races, for example Centaurs are a race of Monstrous Humanoids , as a Dromites, a player character race of insectoids. I've even have made a few Monster PC races myself, albeit only one has D&D stats, the rest are entirely for Pathfinder.
And if you encounter something that you don't know, a there are online SRDs for both Pathfinder and D&D, so a simple google search can get you lists of things (Such as a Ranger's Favored Terrain list) or stats on things (Such as all feats with no requirements) if you need them.
