This is something I did a while back. I loved this family guy episode "Road to multiverse" Where Stewie and Brian travel though different universes then eventually stumble upon an alternate world where everyone's a dog.
This is what they looked like in dog form from that episode.... EXCEPT Brian. I changed Brians look because i didn't really like his original human form from the show.
