I love brie and camembert! So far as I know this joke wasn't old at the time I drew it, but its been done by almost everybody since. By comparison this is a pretty mild cheese! I did a colour version later, using very subdued colours that almost look like greytones. I"m not sure why -- it just looked cool.

Sharp cheese for me, thanks, I like to know there's something happening when I bite into it. I got some Mild Cheddar once and nearly threw it away after a few slices. Whatever.

Brie and Camembert aren't sharp cheeses, but the creamy cheeses are quite distinct from milder varieties, the good ones having musty flavours. I also like some of waxy ones like Gouda and Emmenthal, and a smoked Oka can be delightful too.
