Hit a bit of a rough patch tonight. I've been sick with a bad chest cold/sinus infection the past few days and it's bummed me out pretty bad, especially considering my birthday weekend is coming up really fast. That, and I've hit a real artistic block, I feel really discouraged and unhappy about the status of my style and art right now, and I'm quickly losing hope of getting a job in my field and questioning why I did what I did major-wise. But at the same time, art is what I love, working on the computer is what I love, and I really don't want to lose that love due to disuse and stagnation.

SO I am going to push through this, and I am going to FINISH this horrible backlog if it's the last thing I do. No more putting it off due to low self confidence in my drawing ability. I have a degree from a pretty well known school, that's gotta count for something, right?

*sigh* gonna sleep on it, maybe (hopefully) I'll feel a lot better in the morning...
