She is a hakutaku, which are said to be highly knowledgeable and can be seen as a good omen or even a symbol of good luck!

I see Haku being the type of girl that could become very easily annoyed getting asked dumb questions to answer.. as she does not like to waste her time on them.. but of course for the harder to answer questions she would probably require a certain payment perhaps.. ;3
