Also, they said they liked Disney/toony so I made this one a touch more bubbly than normal.
And they said go crazy with the hair, so crazy I went. XD Actually reminds me of this gay guy I used to be head over heels for back in high school. Used to spend hours on his hair and made it look like a cockatiel XD
