The Rookie trainer who was starting journey with no pokemon with him , because he woke up late and starter Pokemon were selected and no one for him , but he's still lucky can got pokeball from Professor , when him going in the forest , he found a Wild Arbok , this time with the mysterious power , he shrinking in front of Wild Arbok ! if he be like this , the Wild Arbok will eat him up , he used power all its own throw pokeball to Wild Arbok , Lucky for the Trainer , he successful to catch , he let Arbok out and asked him to take him back to lab to meet Professor to ask why he shrinking , the Arbok who was caught is become very devoted to his new Trainer and try hard to protect him from other Wild Pokemon , it's not bad at all for the boy , he think about future , he'll be a Pokemon Champion with his first Pokemon Arbok , but this time he need to get back to the lab and find way to back to normal size soon !
