So. I don't know if it ever happened to you but sometimes one of the player's character in games like D&D gets a little overpowered. It might be because ha did some good choices (or bad choices by the other players) or just because he's playing some numbers that work a bit too well with the other numbers.
My Carrion Crown party until yesterday had one such party member, a gnome summoner with a big-ass eidolon which went through enemy encounters like they weren't even there. After the last dungeon crawl he decided, however, to change character, finding an excellent reason to have his character abandon the party in game.
This, however, is not his story.
This is the story of an NPC, one of the nameless ones, one of the CR 6 in the EL 11 advencture.
This is the story of a scientist, a space insect-like fungus scientist, El Luchador, PhD.
We got into this sciency room with a group of Mi-gos going about and, let the summoner's eidolon enter and explode everyone like it did in every single encounter before. The DM rolled pretty well for one of the Mi-go scientists and managed to grapple the hulking rending summoner pet so I stated, in my best fake low and spanish accent, "Esto es no Mi-go comune. Esto es... El Luchador"
I passed the rest of the encounter (and game session) telling encdotes on El Luchador and even got my character saved by the apparition of his ghost. So, here is El Luchador in all of his glory.
Scrapping later, though his glory will live on forever.
