It's better than in person actually, becuae they sit there and are probably quiet, and you can feel their eyes on the paper, but online there's a bit more of a disconnect. B'sides, you just work at your pace, in my limited exoerience people usually can't stuck around for an entire piece to get done anyhow, so speed usually isn't an issue, and you get to chat with people while you work. You just start the steam, grab a piece you want to work on, and let people see your process. ^^ It's totally up to you though.
