Vulan seems to have picked up a computer virus via that modem she passed by, and its turning her into a rather well endowed looking snake anthro 'succubus' mode. Her programming shifts to become a lot more seductive and predatory, luring creeps and bad guys into secluded locations to eat them (They come back unharmed later =p), as well as becoming very nurturing and caring towards the young, small, and weak.
