Glossy golden and glorious treat ready to be devoured by one and all from the kitchen's of
morphine
There seems to be a big cauliflower craze going on these days.
This recipe in particular has caught my eye and I wanted to try it, so I did.
Ingredients:
1 head Cauliflower
1 cup Non-Dairy Milk (Or water)
1 cup flour (Any, I used a mix of rice flour, sunflower seed flour* and cornstarch)
1-2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup sauce** (Many people use buffalo, use any sauce you would want to put on wings though)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet.
2. Break up cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
3. Combine Flour, non-dairy milk (or water), garlic and olive oil in a large bowl.
4. Toss cauliflower pieces in the flour mixture (Drip off excess) and put on baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20 minutes (Turning occasionally).
6. Coat pieces in sauce, bake for an additional ten minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy!
*I had a huge bag of raw/hulled sunflower seeds on hand (From a recipe I will be sharing soon) and decided to make "flour" out of it.
**My sauce was a mix of BBQ, hot sauce and a bit of oil. If your sauce has sugar it will burn, be careful.
