The colouring and shading in this pic is fantastic! I gotta say, the really soft and rounded look on everything is so appealing, as is the pastel-like effect on the pictures and backgrounds are lovely.
Also, I can really imagine a frog suit working in the Mario games, if they don't already have them :D

I wish they'd bring the frog suit back; I kind of liked the gimpy controls outside the water. :I
And thanks - my colouring process is usually to get those blocked areas down, and then lock the transparency and fiddle with the colours afterwards to get the blend I want.
