I drew this at the local train station (Cologne, Germany) where we sat because it was raining (a little) outside. I finished the scetch later at home, quite at a loss for colors. I don't like drawing cats simply because I NEVER know how to color their fur. I personally love tiger-like cats, but that kind of fur is SO beyond my abilities to draw. In the end I settled for a tri-colored cat; I know they're 99% female or else impotent, something about the unique color and the x-chromosome. ^^;;
In any case, I think the colors are great, the black, brown and white work well with the dark blue and yellow. <3

Note about the title: in German, these kind of cats are called "Glückskatzen", lucky cats. Dunno if they got a name like that in English.
In the past they were said to prevent fires and sailors liked to take them on ships.
