Mmm it's been a while since I've drawn a pony

The head is really small looking wow ok

But uh this is one of my pony characters, Nightshade. She's a batpony who sells night-blooming flowers and is really sensitive to direct sunlight. Fillies often refer to her as the Equestria vampire (do they have those??) because of her bat-like features and tendency to only come outside at night.

And yes part of her mane is shaved
Don't ask how that works without shaving off her regular fur because I have no clue
