Was going to be a maid picture. Rouge had a lot of revisions here until I decided to just scrap it.
Colored Rouge, gave her some clothes, which is not supposed to be the actual outfit she was going to get. I REALLY don't like how her proportions turned out.
I still want to start over that idea. Only without a fan character in it...and better.
