Well, here's an update on that bird.
You see, that bird wouldn't move from the tire, so my sister, and I'm 100% serious, picked up the bird and puts it where it is now. No, I don't know why it didn't struggle or just fly away (but given on how it looks, it might be old and/or sick). And yes, it's still there now.

judging by the color of its feathers them being more white withered looking it age. Another thought is with it begin on the tire it might just be looking for warmth. Tires are known to having great source when in the sun is beating down on It. just wanted he shade with the heat.
