Ager meaning terrain in latin.
This is a species that I created today. There are four branches in this species.
There's a few main aspects that all subsections of the species has in common:
-Two sets of horns.
-Orbs that remain black during the day but glow and grow to look like their surroundings [except the desert sector].
- Two tail cuffs that are either silver or gold.
- Fluffy manes.
- All of their ears can either be long, short, faced upwards, or lowered. But ALL are very fluffy.
- All have a band on their right leg and left arm with a color that matches the color of their tail cuffs.
:Woodlands:[/u]
The woodlands sector lives in a very tree filled biome. Jungles, Forests, and even swamps are where this creature will be found. They love the sun and spend most of their days lounging around in trees. A very active community, they are constantly swingin' around from vine to vine. They use their tail to sleep in the trees as a opossum does. They have small thorns around their ankles and in the spring roses sprout from their orbs and ankles, sometimes their horns. Always has their chest wrapped up, male or female.
Colors: Browns/Greens/Yellows/Reds
:Snow:[/u]
The snow sector lives in the snow covered mountains. They bury themselves under the snow to hide from their prey. Since their coats are very soft and pale they are easily hidden. At night there are small snowflakes that surround there gems that have formed into icicles. These snowflakes sparkle in the moonlight. This sector rarely wears clothes. They stay in the nude to better blend into the snow.
Colors: Whites/Grays/Light Blues/Very Soft Pinks
:Cave:[/u]
The cave subspecies is very crafty. But very shy. They hide in caves to stay out of the sun and to remain away from people. At night their orbs transform into rocks and when they walk small pebbles fall from their bodies. They have a big set of lower horns that wrap around their ears, either half way or fully surrounding them. They wear small amounts of clothing and they're typically dark colored. This sector likes to dig and typically have dirty paws.
Colors: Blacks/Grays/Oranges/Browns/Dark Blues
:Desert:[/u]
This subspecies is very mellow and laid back. Some would say their the hippy version of the Agers. They have a carefree personality and rarely wear anything but their small waist wraps. There orbs do not transform into anything in the night. At night they are still black but have a slight glow to them. Not as intense as the others. They like the dark and they love the heat. Water is not their friend. Usually you can find the Desert community lounging around lazily. They were a lot of flowers in their fur.
Colors: Tans/Whites/Creams/Oranges
