Its fine, you are just being thrown off by the angled perspective.

if it is perspective, then you need to shadow the bottom jaw accordingly.

I usually ond't like photomanips, but the expression on this one works great!

One thing I could say to improve this would be to use the bulge tools that I *think* photoshop has, might be painter, to wrap the scales around her form so they don't look as flat and 2-dimensional, you know? might I suggest a link?

Thats a tutorial on how to handle fishnet on a girl's legs: might not be identical to scales, but the basic premise is there. There are probably better/more succinct tutorials for using the bulge filter, but its a start, you know?

Anyway, besides that, the work is flawless, no need to change a thing. the jaw does indeed look a mite off, but to me thats more because I'm not a huge fan of Bowser's lumpy muzzle. Your abilities are steadily and swiftly improving, and I'm definately proud of your progress as a fellow artist.

Hmm, I had been trying to use a displace map to do the same thing. I'll have to try using the expand tool instead. Its a little more manual, but so far the displace settings haven't panned out.
