I'm not sure about the markings. Typically, the white stripes were on Soviet units for identification from the air. A captured German unit would more likely have a flag draped on top and eliminate any tactical markings from the previous owner.
Side markings only would be the standard for captured by germans, but I can imagine that the white lines ontop sometimes were kept as of confusing the enemies airforce... just a suggestion by me and therefor this uncommon combination :)
