Heh, thanks! I ended up spending a little longer on the shading than I first planned. At first I was just going to go with regular old cell shading, but Ranger looked kinda out of place compared to the background...So, with a little observing, I noticed the colors and shadows of the background were a lot darker, which makes sense 'cause it's space, so I decided to darken up Ranger's colors a bit and make that shading much more visible...And then it matched fairly well~!

It does match. Extremely well. The illumination in the first bit from the eye's reflection enhances the effect by contrast, too, so kudos on getting your light/dark balance to work well~
