Why Mr. Hornsby is no longer on Jakers
(Working on finishing up trades and commissions, but may take some time, so until then, I've finished this little comic I've had in storage to tie you all over for a bit. I'll let Thorn explain it.)
Thorn: Ireland, quite a remarkable country. Though I don't remember much from my visit, as I was simply there on a assignment. However, after my work was done, I came across a most tasteful souvenir. Emphasis on "tasteful". An elderly goat teacher named Mr. Hornsby. As much as I tried to ignore my urges, which basically meant I didn't try at all, I had to approach him. Of coarse all his students were gone before all this took place, but you know what they say, patience is a virtue. As if I am the virtuous type. He smelled so good and was quite inquisitive. After some coaxing, he happily followed me home.
A few weeks later.
Thorn: Hornsby has proven to be quite stubborn. He still insisted on going back home to teach the kids. Such delicious determination. I had to comply with his demands, after all, going back to Ireland and my lair back and forth can build up quite the appetite, in both of us. Still, I let the old goat finish his current school year, and through great struggle, I convinced him to retire. Though it wasn't too hard. A few cakes saw to that.
After some more time
Thorn: After Hornsby retired, he moved into my place and gave into his appetite. It was glorious, he was holding back to struggle to fit into his clothes, but not anymore. He was really chowing down. Ate anything I set before him. Including burgers, Bacon, and roast duck.
After a good while.
Thorn: He's so huge now. He went from a pathetic 140lbs. to a whopping 582lbs. in a few weeks. Such majesty. I've never seen him in such a state of bliss. Truly he is a magnifcent goat. And such a big belly.....I can't ignore that goat belly....so big...so plump...soooooo.....yum!!!
After a few moments of vorish bliss.
Thorn: BUUUURRRRPP!!
Oh, pardon me, but I could not hold myself back any longer. Sadly, I ate him all up and have none to share with my family. That's alright. I'll just have to go hunt for another goat. And I'll get right on that, after I digest this meal. Zzzzzzzzzzzz.
(Why, because there is no art of Mr. Hornby from Jakers. Thought I'd change that.)

Someone else have watched this show? I thought it was really obscure, I watched it everyday when I was 11 and because of that, I liked to research for irish culture, music and history and it's now one of my favorite countries. But because it reminds me of my childhood, I'm not sure what to feel by looking at this.. oO
Nice art, btw!
