YES I KNOW JAPANESE NAMES XD (his name means Thunderbolt in Japanese)
Also yeah I know... he looks like an eevee a little but I tried to change it
some so it looks NOT LIKE ONE :L
He's a fellow i thought I'd use for adoptables but I really liked him way too
much to sell him! ;A; I thought he looked like quite the tiny but very strong
warrior. I realized I also had no electric elemental character so I thought:
"why not?" ^^
I'll have to work on personality and story for the little fella but not now!
All I can say is that he's speed, attack-defense balanced and based as for
fighting :3 He do wield easily thunder and static at will and his body contains
tons so watch out not being shocked. His sword is made so electricity can
pass through and circulate in the blade. Watch out for these deadly slashes.
