quator is an aquatic Vita from the planet Tabos. Vitas are an alien race that's divided by 5 species: Electronics/robotic vitas, flying/brid-like vitas, terrestrial/furry vitas, igneous/reptile vitas, and aquatic/fish vitas.
Aquatic Vitas live in caves underwater from tempered to extremely cold temperatures and are able to see within the deeps of the ocean with their natural light vision abilities. They can swim with different speeds, with the avarage speed being 380 feet per second. Despite their humanoid form, they can also be very dangerous predators and are considered to be one of the most dangerous creatures on the oceans, if not the most.

Aquator is the only aquatic vita that has the ability to manipulate any water material to his ends, from making a water whip to a wave for transportation like a skate board. He's also the only one that can walk like a human being and swim like an ordinary aquatic vita.
