Got a new drawing tablet computer so now I can regularly draw on the road again without having to worry about savaging either a good sketchbook or my bigass cintiq. Should be able to nail more work, very soon. Already got some sketchwork I've cracked out that just needs to see some spit n' polish before being able to post the whole shebang, including the start of a comic book cover for www.beyondtheveilcomic.com!

My next project. Other then finishing my armor and jump pack. Is to build the warhammer equivalent of a chain axe. It's not cannon my own design but it looks really 40k. It's a combo of a sledgehammer and a rock boring drill I call it a Grind Hammer

I'll see your (incredibly well-painted) Storm Eagle and raise you a Storm Talon WITH EVERY GUN YOU CAN FIT ON IT. MUAAAAAAAAAA-HAHAHAHAHAAHAAHAHAAAAA!!!! >8D
But seriously, you stick the lascannons where the lights are on the nose, heavy bolters from a Razorback on the sides of the missile pods, and whatever missiles you want in them. Whole package is nearly as wide as the wings on the fuckin' thing. :D
I ended up taking the extra heavy bolters off, though... It actually looks too derpy for even my own tastes. xD
Got my own Storm Eagle, too. I'm still undecided on naming it the STORM BUDGIE (must be in caps. :V), or the Magic Rapebus. :B
No pics as yet, as I'm too busy painting my first of two knight titans. It's an Errant, and I'm nicknaming him Capn' Kerfwoosh of Crazy Capn' Kerfwoosh's Glass Crater Emporium. :3

*shi snickers and smiles* I use my Eagle quite regularly my friend and In my Scars list 9/10 times she comes in as Roc Pattern *holds up hir Imperial armoury book that lets hir do that* god has she made some of my friends wince when they see her arrive *laughs* played against one Nid player a little while ago... Roc came in opened fired and obliterated a unit of Nid Warriors... cost the guy hard considering a large portion of his army was under synapse from those warriors and with there death the whole left flank of his army turned on itself and began to eat each other :) oh it was glorious slaughter that day
btw, I notice you have no lascannons on the wings. Whyfor that nonsense ? A Storm Eagle without Lascannons on the wings is hardly a Storm Eagle at all. 8U
I mean, even if you aren't bringin' bros to drop off in the thick of things, wouldn't it still make the beast a better flying shit-wrecker, since it could fly around and do everything from tank hunt to infantry slaughter?
