driprat asked his fans to help design costumes for his story arc "The Princess of Hell's Highlands".
After asking Dave what he had in mind for the Ministers, I tried drawing similar but different costumes and characters. Since they were very important people (at least in standing if not plot), I thought something vaguely military would be good.
