More "in depth" into Reika's personality:
He's really anxious (like me), and he is pretty standoffish toward others due to being shy. He carries books everywhere with him (like me, again), and loves anything related to science. Despite having anxiety, he's quite fearless when performing lab experiments.

He hates being tickled, and will likely nip your arm off if you tickle him. He also really dislikes water, as it messes up his fur*.

*Reika is an obsessive groomer. Obsessive. He will preen for hours a day just to make sure not a hair falls out of place.

Also, Reika is sort of male. He's technically Neutrois (non gendered), but will use male pronouns. So, in art, he's not drawn as female.
