I like to keep one up-to-date example of my Fursuit/Basic References on here, so I gave Kalahari's a bit of a makeover, to match his new looks as well!
But this serves as a better example of what to expect from my Basic References, I've slowly been adding more and more detail to them to make them more fun to look at ;)
These references work great for any fursuit maker (I can even make them realistic or any other style you can think of!) but they're also excellent for just a basic character reference- they're nice and clear so all markings are fully visible.
It also shows how much nicer my simple refs have gotten over the past few years, here's his old one for comparison! :P

Do you ever make the body sizes on your references larger (not because of fetishes or anything but just because the wearer is slightly bigger)? I was looking around on your website, and all of the concept to creation pics were suits that were made for people thinner than I am. And if I ever chose to commission you for one of these references, would it cost more to have a heavier character? I could see the markings not translating as well, so I think it'd be worth it.

yea.. Well I am waiting for a drawing someone is making me. I bought it while at a con. Its digital and full colored (last time I checked).. But It will be a while..
So would you think those colors would translate onto a fursuit good or would they not work?
I might want to get one when I turn 18, and if I earn $$$. But first I must start at a ref. sheet like yours. Then I choose the maker (from what style I would want) and then after the Duct Tape Dummies, earning $ and whatever else is in that process then I would hopefully be able to get one. :D
BTW if I start annoying you with questions then tell me.. I sometimes think that when I ask questions that I am annoying someone when doing so.
But I know what you mean.. I hopefully can see a better design of his wings.. would these other drawings of Flare explain more info on the wings?

sweet.. Hey um you know if making a paypal is safe? I might want to create one so in the future if I decide to ever use it then I would have it available for me to use.
