I dont normally post WIPs. I will move this to my scraps later on~
Well this is what I spent most of my weekend and tonight doing. I'm a real noob at fursuiting and this is my first time doing one of this shape/nature so I thought I'd show you the progress and maybe get some feedback?
My only concern is that the muzzle is a bit longer than what i planned in the design but I hope once he has a full head of hair, the front wont appear to stick out so much
I've ordered the fur and cant wait to start making him fluffy x3

Its loosely based on a chinese water deer but ultimately I went with my own sorta species and gave it a more reptilian nose rather than a deer nose, so perhaps I should have called it something else, but thanks for the feedback~
I'm going to adjust the jaw to be closed (like on the design sheet) but its easier to fur it while its hanging open like that

I'm pretty sure i wouldn't be too good at making that kind of things so I'm always super impressed by the work of others. I like it. Those big eyes. <3 Can't wait to see it in all its fluffy glory!
WIPs are super interesting to look at. Can learn a few things from time to time by looking at how X person work and all... but I'm sure you already know that. (Thanks for sharing!)

It's very good so far, I think everyone is expressing their opinions that this may be dog-like since it's still in foam. Guys, once it's furred over, it will be different, please look past the foam material and let the artist finish the basics. Rik, this is really well done for your first attempt. <3 I can't wait for it to be finished.
