Those cuts look superficial, in nature. Even the smallest cuts on the face cause a lot of bleeding. Use disinfectant on sterile cotton swabs, then dab the cuts with the swab to clean the wound. Use liquid bandage to seal the cuts and stop the bleeding.
If you do not have liquid bandages, you can use styptic powder to chemically cauterize the cuts. Use small butterfly bandages to close the cuts and assist with healing.
Ointments are optional as a means to accelerate healing and reduce the risk of infection, further.
Or, you can use my fancy medicine! *holds a vial of red, glowing fluid* It tastes like cherries! ^~^
