the lighting is impressive. I also like the soft sheen on the leathery skin. nice face, too.
only the eyes irritate me a bit. the eye to the right seems going crosseyed, probably due to the form of the pupil? but that would be all, it's a superb piece of dragon.

Aside from my favorite element and colors catching my eye, I'll have to say the most striking peices are Cobalt's wings, tail, and attire, and while individuals they are just pretty things... You've captured/combined a supercluster of different elements acting/to act as one and it looks phenomenal.... I guess everything just seems utilized. I can't quite put it into the right words, but this dragon is magnificent.

And on a more silly note... -plays with Cobalt's ears- ^^
