WOW! I always loved this character and the hairdos she inspired (Magenta in "Rocky Horror", Freakazoid in "Freakazoid", Sweeney Todd in Tim Burton's version of "Sweeney Todd") to the point where it's called the "Bride of Frankenstein"-type of hairdo.
As Wikipedia says "regarding the Bride's iconic hair style, based on Nefertiti.Elsa Lanchester's hair was given a Marcel wave over a wire frame to achieve the style. The bride's conical hairdo, with its white lightning-trace streaks on each side, has become an iconic symbol of both the character and the film"
I don't know where "Cadaver White" is from, and I'll be honest and not use Wikipedia or Google to look it up; But, I do like the idea of it as a kind of make up name.

Just for grins I tried looking up the quote myself to see whether it might be discoverable and surprisingly I couldn't get a result. I've come to presume that you could find anything at all via google if you tried looking but this might be a bit too obscure unless you're already familiar with the source.
Neat to read the trivia about the hairstyle!
