It's been too long since I've done one of these.

- Average height, slim build with slight traces of muscle
- Dark fur forms patterns resembling gauntlets and boots; leg markings extend furthest at the front, opposite for the arms
- Spikes. Spikes everywhere. (Cipher is now a 5th gen Pokemon.)
- 3 toes, 5 fingers

Cipher's expressive and eloquent. He's upbeat and friendly, albeit quite distant towards strangers and people who give off bad vibes. He can get along with just about anyone, though he doesn't mix well with certain personality types.

He's not built for combat, but he can fight if he has to. His massive feet aren't just for show, he can jump really high and his kicks leave a mark. The same goes for his tail - getting hit by that thing hurts, and he can use it to catch himself or balance on top of it.

Using his elemental powers, he can trigger Rave Mode, a hyperactive state that massively increases his reflexes and physical strength. Rave Mode causes the dark sections of his fur to emit light, sort of inverting his fur patterns. It doesn't last long and the drawback is severe exhaustion once it wears off, necessitating careful timing if it's to be used at all.
