Where the willows reach out and stretch their roots toward the cool, crisp water. Where there's a light breeze and delicate sound of shiff-and-clack, the vines of the trees brushing against one another as they sway. Your eyes closed, senses compromise and everything feels more in some way. The mossy, slimy pebbles underneath your toes exaggerated by the calm flow in the water. It'd freak you out to touch something similar most any other time; but here - it's okay. The same breeze that makes the trees sing lifts flecks of fur on your shoulders and encourages your skin to dance. It's exhilarating. It's quiet, peaceful. It's okay. Just for this moment, it's okay.
