One day, under the guise of “Spen”, I spent the night at the Library with Spike while Twilight was away. Spike said I could sleep in her bed, since no one was obviously using it. Then, during the night, I had this fun dream where I was in a race. Then when I woke up, Spike was standing next to the bed, holding my diaper. It turns out I kicked it off in my sleep. Even worse, I wet the bed. Fortunately, we were able to clean the sheets before Twilight got back. Then Spike tied my diaper on between my legs so it wouldn't come off again.
