The other side Work in progress
Bothan slowly awakes, without knowing if she managed to die, or if she survived. She can't tell if it was months ago, or just a single hour after her desesperate try pictured in Returning to him. Is she dead? Is she alived?
The house seems intact, so that can only be her memories, the last reminds of her dying body before the eternal sleep, the last sorrow of a vixen for a far past.
But everything seems so real... Ant that parfume...
Fox. He's here. She knows that. She can hear her footsteps near to the room. He's coming.
Does her memory play another painful trick to her? Does her sorrows torture her again? She was deceived so many times those last months, and she so fears that's just another disappointement...
The heart beating so hard in her chest, she's waiting.
Please. Please, make my wish true, even if that's just my last dream...
The very first moment of Cursed III, The other side pictures the awakenning of our heroine Bothan. At that point, it's impossible to know if she's alive or close to be dead, like the very last thought she could have before to cross the Styx.
It's something I'm quite pleased with. A blue kraft paper, with white pencil.
I fear to make a mistake, so I'm submitting that WIP version. It has that feeling I desesperately tried to give months ago, the second of doubt, that second when you hope so much that you're fearing the worst issue. A single second later, you would certainly see an uncontrolled tear with the same face...

wooooow very nice pic sweetie X3 I love the effect you gave her with the white color and also her expression is really lovely and desperate and sad at the same time X3 my congratulations dear, you really have a very talented hand and also a lot of talent in writing stories too
her expression was quite difficult to draw, and I'll say without shame that I tried several time to picture that moment of the story, without success... It's only now that I managed to catch the exact expression I wanted to give her.
Thank you for your kind comment Shana ^^

Good God Amiral. You're really the only artist on FA that captures emotions as powerful as the sensation of desperation. The single second that stretches for infinity, that breath that holds until your lungs feel like bursting. I honestly feel like I should reach out and touch her cheek, just to give her a moment's confused bliss that someone warm was nearby and cared. I almost want to cry for her. Beautiful as I have come to anticipate ALL your works being Amiral. Well done.
I should add that tag to myself : Amiral the desesperate artist.
That second is so dang long, so painful, and you describe it exactly. The lungs seems close to burst, and we can't even correctly think in all those confusion.the only thing we can focus is that heart beating so loud that's the only sound in all the room.

It is always my pleasure Amiral believe me. But if I may ask a favor, would you be so kind as to guide me to the very first story you've written with Bothan in it? I want to learn all I can about her suffering and joys and pains and sorrows.
May I please take a peek into the history that makes up this oh-so-sad kitsune named Bothan?

The story is written only in french, and I have no time to translate it into english, sadly. And using a translator isn't a good thing for sure... So I can't give you some others chapters, and even the spotlines.
With luck, a lot of things will be explained the next months about the story, specially about her past.
