Excellent work! What type of exercises did you perform to develope your Triceps? Do you lift more weight with lower reps or less weight with higher reps? I've been lifting large amounts of weights with lower reps, my biceps are developing well but my triceps are lagging behind a bit ^.=.^ Also, hey there handsome ;3
Honestly I don't have any particular workout. I just do whatever I'm feeling like I'm needing to work on that day I usually start out small and work my way up until I can't lift anymore I usually do this for about 3 hours every day to build up endurance. Just keep on working to reach your physical goals there never that far out of reach you just gotta work for them .
