This was my first idea for the issue 1 cover. I wasn't happy with it, but it's a great picture to use to introduce Kumo and Flint.

Kumo is a bounty hunter, and an alchoholic who has whicked skills with a blade, no matter how drunk he gets. He uses a sword and drinks specifically to thin out his power, as he feels that he is too dangerious to be sober or have a gun. His powers also include agility and speed. He is a Maline, a race in my comic that is evolved from the cat species. He's not a dark elf!

Flint is a young orphan, he has the body that could be mistaken for a member of the elven race, but his long devil's tail leads him to belive he was brought into their world through other means. Most people on their planet don't have tails, as most races have evolved beyond the need for them. So a tail to be considered very rare.
