Honestly Sweetie....The BG really takes away from the art of the characters. I definitely think it would be better if you used your own hand drawn BG.

Yeah. I just suck at drawing jungle-type bg's so I used pics for bg's for this scenario. The rest is drawn :3

Don't know Spanish, so I can't comment on the actual writing, but I think the comic itself looks alright. Also alittle more cleaning on the edges of the drawings might be needed since the white edges really stand out in spots like the third frame.

Could anyone translate? If not I'll see if I can do a rough translation later through an online translator.

There:

Frame 1---
box 1: Many millenia in the future, the mankind suffered a cataclism from wich people won't speak of and won't keep any record.

box 2: Human civilizations fell into a (retrogrado, something like, going back to the very beggining) grade. where they see technology as a tabu topic that only a few must know.

Dude's dialogue: Don't be lazy, Alba. You can run faster!

Alba's dialogues (the chick): Don't be rude and wait for me, Alejandro.

Frame 2---

Alba: It's too hot...

Frame 4---

Alba: So this is the surprise you had for my birthday... This place is beautiful... thank you, Alejandro.

Box 1: Alba and Alejandro are about to find out and experiment for their own the reason why technology was greatly abandoned by humans...

Box 2: At the same time they'll find out what was the cause of the cataclism that left the earth so damaged time ago.

Veamos... trata de una gran trama, y se vuelve algo interesante. Creo que deberías cuidar más esos pequeños espacio en blanco alrededor de los personajes, hacen que se note que es un fondo agregado. ^.^ En un concurso se fijan en donde sea

From what I understand in the text (distant future & no technology), I believe the character's clothes need a major redesign: they're totally 2008. They should be antico-mediaeval (no technology...) with some unique flavor (because even traditional clothes will vary from civilization to civilization)

they are from thousands of years in the future, and they're medieval for that time, (wich would be this time, aprox)

los dibujos son muy buenos igual que los tonos de gris, vastante manga, que segun creo es lo que querias, .. hmmm el fondo se mira bien, el efecto es bueno pero aun asi se mira copy paste, espero que eso no lo vean malo en el concurso, ^^ mucha suerte!

El principio me parece bien, pero creo que en el ultimo panel, la foto esta demasiado oscura ; no se puede ver bien (yo se que hay arboles pero es todo).
Creo también que en el primer panel seria mejor de hacer un plano largo de los personajes.
Espero las siguientes paginas con mucha curiosidad. :3

I personnaly think that's great, just two point if you mind :

First panel on the left, can you just move the guy's left eye a bit on the left (I mean the right eye from our view to the right^^),

Try removing a little feathering on the last picture or copy the character and put a little blurry copy to the back, just before the background of course^^,

That's just my point of view, I always (for not saying often) use photo as a background, the character are really cute, just love the woman heroin. The composture is great and everything is fine !

I agree with you, Leomon. In the first panel, not just the eye, but all his face should be moved to our right or his left... He is looking at Alba, and she is on his left... Just look at you in your mirror and you'll be noticed ^^
Alba is perfect, you did a great job ^^ But, in the last panel, you need darken her body and clothes OR lighten the background ^^


Anyway, great job as always =D And i really wish you good luck with this comic contest ^^
