Ashleigh Glidewell, a hybrid born to a male avian and female human, is very much a sporty type and one to brag about her skills. She and Al have been friends since childhood, at one point even having dated. She easily considers Al her best friend to this day and got friendly with his new family very quickly after his marriage to Tatyana. Despite her athletic nature, she can also be very lazy when she wants to be, which can land her in some rather embarrassing situations if she lets herself lay about for a long enough time.
