I probably should introduce evolutions more often. I guess this one's also thanks to RNG but hey. Heliolisk was a weird coincidence, of all the 60-some Gen 6 Pokemon one of them ends up being a sun-themed Frill-Necked Lizard a lot like my own line here. While the elements are still there I slightly redesigned it to be more like a fire dancer, which seemed fitting enough with me turning its tail into something like their flaming batons, in a way. I considered having it hold a stick but felt that was delved into Braixen's thing a bit too much.
