As for why I picked the cz-52 and the 7.62x25mm Tokarev round... I just asked a gun nut friend about a pistol round that would penetrate armor, while being small enough to have a decent carrying capacity. I am interested in eventually buying a handgun and he picked out the cz-52.
(I think he picked it mostly because the gun itself is extremely cheap, at 150-200$ as is the dirt-cheap ammo for it. and probably because he wanted to play with one himself as we go shooting every once in a while(using his armory of guns) )
If there's better round then that (armor piercing to some degree- against unarmored targets, hollow points), I don't know myself. I like guns, so I tend to look them up and learn about them but I don't study them.
My reasoning is that most people don't stand there, letting you hit them with bullets, they tend to duck behind things becoming somewhat "armored" (ducking behind cars, walls etc) so I'd rather have a bullet that over penetrate (and against unarmored, use the hollow point version) then ones that never hit.
Course, looking at the 7.62x25mm Tokarev round's speed/energy, it seems to be similar to the 9mm. The only major difference is its diameter. Which probably gives it the better penetration then the 9mm, but probably sacrifices some of the stopping power of the larger 9mm's bullet. This of course is just my reasoning, and I could be completely wrong.

nono, you got it right. The small Tokarev round's popular for being an old form of what is essentially a necked down bullet, giving it smaller bullet, better penetration and higher speeds than it's bigger brothers, in return for less stopping power. It's like .357 sig, which is a 9mm with a .40 caliber charge. I endorse your decision cuz the alternatives were .357 sig which there are few small concealable versions of it (a couple of the smaller sig-sauer and some glocks) and the Five-seveN gun that shoots those 5.7x28mm bullets which are harder to get ahold of. And got a stylish lil package for it n.n the 52 has a pretty little dagger like slide.
Wait a minute why on some parts on Rhylith's Character sheet here has the words Shi and Hir when you clearly stated on https://www.f-list.net/c/rhylith that Rhylith is a Male hermaphrodite?
