This is the final planned update for the game. I hope you have/had fun! See final update FAQ here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5719773/
-If you find any bugs/typos, please report them in a comment!
-To save it to the desktop, you right click the "download" link below the submission and click "save link as" and you can save it wherever you want.
-If you left click on the download link, then the game should rearrange itself based on the resolution of your screen.
-Saved games are stored as temporary internet files, so they'll disappear any time you delete temporary internet files. There's a description on how to make a back up in the game.

-Added a cheat menu in the options menu. Any spaces you leave blank won't change anything, otherwise whatever you type in will change that stat to that number (+/- any modifiers)
-And now thanks to
Fleek_The_Bat there's executable versions of the game! I don't know how they're made or how they work, and I suspect it involves witchcraft, but here they are!

when you first go to the tailor there should be a button labeled "old pants" next to leave when you click on the button the tailor says he will need a pair of wizard robes to fix it then the button disappears when you buy a pair of wizard robes the button will reappear and the pants will be fixed. hope it helped
thank you my friend also I hope this game will get another update or at least for some art to be released of what these animals look like in the size ranges. I would love to see the concept art wouldn't you agree? I've looked to see if any fans might have done some but so far doodly squid.
Perhaps the creator will add a mod of some kind with comission. It's a shame I don't know the process to make this sort of game. I recently played a furry hentai game called Amorous, the animations were subtle but the art work is very well done. I'd even look at artists like Prisonsuit rabbitman on deviant art for ideas. But if the creator of this rpg did expand I would like them maybe to look at these two production pieces and maybe try ether working with them or move in a similar direction. The writting is there now we just need to execution of the art and game play together.
This is a hella old thread but I figure this tutorial I just did might come in handy if you still care. This is basically a copy-paste of the comment I put. But I want you to have it specifically, because it was you who inspired me to figure this out ^.^
You can also modify a bunch of different things about your character, and probably make custom quests if you have the time and patience to learn how.
1. Open Minerva here http://apps.coursevector.com/minerva/
2. Click Open, Choose File and navigate to the save you want to use. The game has instructions on how to get your save file! Also, make sure to back up your save first, just in case anything gos awry.
3. On the left hand side, click the arrow next to "saveGame1"
4. Click the arrow next to "inventory".
5. Copy any of the items there and paste it BACK INTO THE INVENTORY, and rename it the number after the last entry. (Basically have no duplicates.)
6. Open up the item you just copied, and it will give you a bunch of attributes.
The attributes with a green S are strings of text, just type stuff there and you should be good.
The attributes with a light blue b are Boolean. They are either "yes" or "no".
The attributes with the orange I are integers. That's a number between 1 and 3500-something, I'm not sure, but stay in that general range and you'll be fine.
I assume the pink and white n means null, meaning that they haven't yet been implemented (and by the sounds of it, never will be). Don't touch those.
Generally the attributes' names are self-explanatory but if you come across any that puzzle you I'd back up the file before dicking with it.
This should only be done if you have things in your inventory!!
With this method I created a rubber catsuit and a working footpump.
Happy modding!!

PS: As to the footpump I mentioned, I had "Food" set to "Yes", and "Consume" set to "No", so that I could use the pump, fill my belly and not consume the pump. (That would not be a good.)
I'd look at different items that have different effects in the Editor, see what kind of cool toys you can make with the codebase :D

Congratulations on making a game with so much content and lasting appeal. You've done a wonderful job and I'm both happy and impressed to have seen it come so far. The fact that you're moving on from this project is not a sad one to me, because I look forward to what you do next, and though I know you're probably going to take a long and well-deserved break, I can't help but say that I'm excited to see more from you. Truly, utterly, and absolutely WONDERFUL job!
Thank you for putting such dedicated work into this game, it's amazing. I love this game so much, and well.. Never can stop playing, lol.
I hope in the future, the LONG future, you'll come back to this. ^^
Also, already found out how to cheat, but it's more of a 'set your set beyond 9' thing to me, honestly. Hehe.
When creating/going into a saved character press 'Options' and go to "Cheats."

Eh. I actually did a looksee of the folder address, so I copied my SOL file, and I've been keeping it to move my character to a new version, in case another one ever comes out. Just opening the new version of the game creates an empty save file, so just copy paste the SOL file into the folder, and bam! Character transferred over.
Besides, I like text games.

Heheh, to be honest, I've kinda tried my hand at drawing them myself. Of course, it's sub-par compared to all the wonderful artists of this site. But, a drawing's a drawing, so...Just gotta find someway to kick myself into finishing it. I swear, it's like a year, or at least half a year old now...
I looked at you FAQ's
And I just have ONE question...
What makes this different from the last one? Any thing new added? Did you complete the horse warrior quest?
I think that was more than one question. XD
And thank you and your welcome. BEST fatty furry game ever.... and possibly the only one I've seen.

This game was always a lot of fun, and I sincerely thank you for all the effort put into it.
Btw, the Cheats menu was a brilliant idea. No sarcasm here, it is perfect for when you want to screw around are return to the former glory of a previous version's save file.

Side note: There's still an occasional bug in the beach area. Finding a treasure chest blanks the interface (no access to Rest, Inventory, etc.), which can eb really annoying when you're at 0 stamina. You can't rest, so you can't move... but because you can't do anything, the interface never resets, and you can't even save your progress. So remember, save often!
... unlike me. Over 5,000 pounds, two hours to move a space, looking for Samson's spectrum gem, and this happens.

The easiest way to get a spectrum gem is by selecting it as your reward from the horse's first quest (the fetch quest in the grasslands). Failing that, or if you want one for yourself, they can show up as treasure in the Beach areas, either in random boxes/chests or when you beat the Hydra.
The hardest one is getting a giant axe. The area of the Mountains that sells them is a random find.

in the candy house part at the very end of it (last thing before respawning) at the bottom it says "you" where it should be "your" i know minor typo ^^; but though i might help since it was asked in the description.
this is an awesome game all together x3 every aspect is awesome!

I can't download it... I'm using a Dell with Windows 8. I right click "save as" and download it to wherever but when I try to open it my computer plays it with Windows Movie Maker or something that plays it like a movie (which doesn't work clearly). How do I make my computer recognize the correct format of the game?
another late response, but right click the file, click "Open With", then either find your browser in the drop-down, or failing that, click "Select Default Program..." and find it there, and failing THAT, click "Browse" and find the executable file of your browser, for Chrome this is probably "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe". (the x86 won't be there if you have a 32-bit operating system, making the path "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe".)
Hope this helped you out!! I know it's late!

OK, so I know you must be getting a lot of comments, but hear me out. When I am playing this game I gave me time to take notice of some minor details. When I am adventuring for an extended period of time, I will gain weight faster than I gain fat. So after I while when I sell all my fat to Cable (or what ever his name is) :P I will have no fat, but my weight will be over 500 lbs (226 Kg) That Is my only problem with it. Otherwise it is an outstanding work of art. You should be very proud of your RPG
The elephant is in the plains/grasslands, and the orca is in the ocean. You can get to the plains/grasslands by going east or south of the city (can't miss 'em), and the Ocean by going west, to the town, a little more west to the beach, and Ocean should be one of the explore options once you get to the beach.
Seems pretty damn cool, though I've just started. One typo I've found so far:
I chose a male ferret, and a line of my stats page from the outset (before doing anything else yet) read: "your waist is marked with the pelic bones jutting out sharply." Should "pelic" possibly be "pelvic?"

There are multiple ways of getting a spectrum gem.
1. Find an unknown gem, and use the gem book to analyze it. There's a chance it will be a spectrum gem.
2. Fight the hydra at the beach. It always drops one.
3. successfully rescue an adventurer in the grasslands. Make sure to not only free him, but to also remove the spell casted on him.

Hi um i'm wondering if anyone would be kind enough to give me a simple but detailed explanation on how to go about making a custom creature in the game yes i know it says more or less what everything is but i want to be sure i get this right as i don't think i'll be able to erase it without deleting the save files so any help would be nice thanks
Well, you don't "erase" it, it is just a one time use, but a nice thing is that you can change the race of your character somewhere in the Mountains area, but DON'T change the "article" part of the custom character, it will not work then, any other questions? I could probably answer them for you!
Thanks anyway as for other questions FatApplenite uh well where are you supposed to find a weapon for Sampson the horse i remember someone talking about a Great axe you can get but i'm not sure where that would be. doesn't help this game doesn't have some kind of wikia to look things up. anyway i also obtained a book from some mad wizard in the mountian after nearly winning against him chimera pet not sure what that's for as it doesn't show up in the importent items tab. anyway hope you can help out with this and tanks again.
Well, for Sampson you go to the mountains, and there should be a place called the Cave of Failed Experiments. It is a random find and all you need to do when you find it is accept everything this "squirrel" thing says, then go to Smiths Forge, which you will find as an option when you get in the Cave of Failed Experiments, and you will find a Great Axe for sale!
Also, no I too am trying to find out what the book does, maybe it is just to bother you that it might be important (Long story short: I think it is a prank)
And as for your character, you only need to when you make a new save file, but if you save your game (an option in your bedroom at your house) you can load it up, and your character will be the same. ^^

Hey Fatapplenite I know it's been a long while and I hope you get this basically I like this game and wish to download it as a swf to play anytime I wish but due to it using temporary internet files after having the game for a while I eventually got a virus. Is there a way I can keep this from happening as due to my previous computer getting infected my Bro thinks I should just forget downloading it again so what do you think I should do? And thanks in advance should you reply
Hey, extremely sorry for the Necropost- Applenite's a friend of mine- but there's a really simple way to save the game to your computer!
All you need to do is click the Download link right below the game window, and it should take you to another tab or open up a new page that ONLY has the game on it. Simply right click inside the game window and click "Save as...", then go ahead and save it to wherever you want!
I would recommend using Chrome for this if you're not already- it's just faster than IE or Firefox. =P

If you don't mind I figured out how to make custom items and clothing with Minerva.

Despite you having posted this comment twice, the instructions still don't mention what to do AFTER you modify the selections. Its frustrating because I can't make a endless bag of gems that significantly increase your mass or a simple custom weapon since it wont register the new .SOL file as a save for the game despite being in the right place.
A fat fetishist's greatest game! I absolutely -adore- the weight gain system and the descriptions, but a suggestion to make:
Could you seperate the full paragraph descriptions with...well, paragraphs? I know people like to read it at the full deal but for some people like myself, it's quite disorientating to read. That and it feels...cramped.
But that's just me! Overall, a 9/10!

It really sucks because no one ever asked to have this and the best way too treat to take it because there is no cure for this mental disorder and I don't know how some people can just like it I hate it and Never wanted it but it was given too me and I did the research and there is no cure "Vorafilia " or any of the others. I just don't get it and I'm not judging at all I just wonder how does someone take it so good "Vore " it as an addiction that never ends and can never be seen and I don't understand how many people are completely satisfied with having it, And they can see it as an art as you get through every day knowing you like this and never deny and I'm fine if people like him and frankly I don't care I just want to know how you cope with this disorder and this is a mental disorder That I think your born with it. Sorry to sound like an asshole.

You pretty much have to find the rouge cabal member somewhere in the mountains. He's a toughie, and he steals as much fat from you as he could. But the more fat he steals from you, the more turns he spends too bloated to attack. Be careful when he does though. Just beat him, return to the cabal, and quest complete. Oh, and any stolen fat is returned upon victory.
I know this is going to sound kind of greedy considering how long this game has taken to finish, but you should consider doing spinoffs with different environments i.e. one that takes place entirely in a modern day city, although the combat and magic elements should be kept, just toned down. This is only an idea, not a request. Just thought I'd throw it out there.
find it funny how they always remove all the negative comments i mean everyone has there own opinion here but i can get how some post rather stupid shit and iv seen lots of this. Some one says this sucks they get there comment removed others have their own bias on what the dont like but they never get to share this with "everyone".
I've noticed a lot of inconsistency between all the gender-specific terms. For example, I was in town and the text said there was a polar bear on a bench and that "she" was stuffing "his" face. I've counted at least 5 separate occasions where the game has said that an enemy or npc was one gender, then that it was the other. Can you fix this?
I love this. I really do. This thing is great.
Usually I can't get into this text based stuff but I'm totally into this.
It's engaging and immersive. And not everything is trying to fatten you up
Or inflate you. There are some things that are actually trying to take you out
So far though my fave enemies are the shamans and the dryads.
I'm having a hell of a time with the cheese monster. I can't beat him.

It depends on the scene. Some events cause bursting, such as the fruit dryad's orchard, or eating an air pearl gem, or...Some scenes that don't really specify you as the one bursting. Heh, that boar inn keeper's quest line at the seaside town.
Basically, just look for the events that involve going over your stomach capacity.

Okay, the string of stuff listed on chrome is the address of the folder. It's basically what's written on the top bar of an open folder. Basically; /AppData/Local/Google/Chrome/ Means there's a folder named AppData, and in it is another folder called Local, and inside that is another folder called Google, and in that is Chrome, so on and so forth.
Basically, you just have to keep searching for the folders that have the exact file name and follow that trail until you reach the folder that has your save file in it. That should be where your SOL file is stored in.

Oh. Eheh, okay then...Well, since this is a different post to the last few updates, have you tried the last folder that has a different string of numbers? the one that says "noone_main.sfw". If there are two or more of them, that means you've played the older submissions of this game (the old versions, that is). It may be in that different folder, since this version is a different submission.
more than 2 years after development stopped and this is still getting new players, this is an incredible game, i have come back to it time and again.
sure its a little light on plot content but a lot of the work went into the many many pages of descriptions which are almost totally free of errors and on the whole, amazing!
it is a real shame the creator hasn't tried to make anything like this again or continued work on this. with all the descriptions in place for the player making more plot would be relatively easy.
for a 1 person creation as a hobby this is truly outstanding and i would be willing to pay for further development on this game.

Thanks to Directory monitor, I was able to find the location of the save files for the executable.
Save files are saved here:
C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\[Gibberish]\localhost
If you're unable to find a result via searching for the directory in file explorer, I'd really recommend you use Directory Monitor:

i am sad and disappointed in you.
not with the quality of the game for its fantastic!
what im disappointed about is that fact you have clearly given up on it.😢
the game is fun and engaging has so much room to grow!
so why did you abandon it?
there is so much things you can add like a ilind inhabited with macros and another with micros!
the legendary evil snake named the Great Devourer that if you Devour it the limit of how big you can get is removed.
the legendary fountain of lard!
a mad scientist trying to make a device that can make limitless food!
and so much more!
if it a problem of support you can probably get it at devintart and if you willing to get a little kinky with it at porn hub.
so pleas come back and finish what you started and if you want a chance make cash on this game try to have it placed on steam games!
not with the quality of the game for its fantastic!
what im disappointed about is that fact you have clearly given up on it.😢

Decided to challenge myself with a little perma death, playing until my character met their untimely end. And even made a short story out of it.
Decided to moddle my coyote after myself, so I cheated a bit to make a fairly plump male coyote from the start.
Despite warnings from the villagers, Kaz the coyote ventured out into the woods, seeking fame and fortune while armed with only a dagger and his quick wits.
Wits that got him horribly lost. He stumbled through the woods, narrowly avoiding the jaws of bears and wolves and jellies, until he finally found shelter in the form of a store house.
Feeling a bit peckish, the already plump coyote decided to help himself to the food that lay with in until he was too swollen to move, let alone escape the wrath of the rabbit that owned the house.
It's unclear what happened to Kaz after that. Some say the old rabbit continued to fatten the poor yote before condeming him to the stew pot. Others say he made a fine scarf out of his fleshy hide. Some even say that old hare went and swollowd him whole, the fattened coyotes please falling upon deaf ears as he was subjected to a terrible fate.
No one will ever truely know what happened to Kaz. Only that his presence in the resturaunt will be missed, and that rabbit came back to town twice as thick as he left...

Thank you very much :D
Well, there'll still be flash players, it's just that browsers won't support it natively. Although I think chrome is the only one that said it was going to stop supporting it so far. So you should be able to download it and play it off line in perpetuity. I think Dragoneer or somebody also said they'd look into implementing some sort of thing that makes flash work in a roundabout sort of way, but I'm not sure if/how true that is.

First time playing this game.
Its amazing, I spent about an hour on my first run constantly having fun!
I am truely blessed by this game, and gosh thank you so much for making this game.
I may support you with something, is there anyway I can support you for doing this?
(It may or may not come sooner or later.)
But thank you once again!

I LOVE THIS GAME!! Not only did I complete every quest - I think - but I found that making my avian avatar extremely fat was fun!! First, I played as a penguin named "Mumbutt". Then, WITHOUT cheating, when I grew up to 50,000 pounds, I changed myself into a green raptor! I wish there was an option to play as a "Crane" or an "Ostrich", but this was the best FurAffinity game I've ever played, and I can't wait to play it again as a different bird!! You are a FurAffinity master, and may God and Jesus Christ bless you always!
Hmmmm, that's very strange. Species shouldn't affect it. Do you mean when you use the training grounds? It shouldn't take species into account there, but you do have to have at least 3 fat to lose in order to gain any stats.
As far as the player description on the stats screen, descriptions are based on all 3 stats, although more on strength. Its (str+str+agi+end) / 4.2. And the breakpoints change when that result hits 0-50, 51-150, 151-250, and then over 250. Although that doesn't take into account species either

rock bottom.
at the beginning of the game. go to the cheat menu to set your stats to:
1 strength
1 agility
1 endurance
1 intelligence
3 stomach capacity
0 fatness
0 gold
if you fall in combat (or for any other reason) you have to reload your last save. can you climb out your way from the bottom?

Yes! I reprogrammed the game entirely! :D https://www.furaffinity.net/view/47895388/
Absolutely loving this game so far, but unfortunately two of the starter quests appear to be bugged out.
The Mad Milk quest doesn’t appear to update the milkman. The cow machines aren’t appearing anymore either despite being frequent before, so i’m sure i’ve defeated it.
On the Chain Gang doesn’t work after delivering the three sets of chainmail to Kieras. Maybe there’s some information I missed, I’m not sure, but you can’t talk to either smithy about the quest for more information if that is the case.
Other than that i’m really enjoying the game, i’m playing for the first time. If anybody else is experiencing these issues with the browser version i’d love to know i’m not the only one!

Thanks for the reports! Also I don't know if this is intentional, but you're commenting on the old version of the game. Either way those should both be fixed! Also the machines just show up randomly, they aren't strictly tied to the quest, so they aren't strictly tied to the quest in that fashion.
Yeah, basically. I reprogrammed the entire game and reposted it here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/47895388/
Just started playing this. Because Flash doesn't work anymore I had to download the Windows version on my Mac and use Wineskin it open it. I'm a little worried that I won't be able to save my game, but anyway great job. This is incredible. The attention to detail is wonderful. I got to a point where the button popped on my pants and, not too long after, I was eaten by a cheetah. When I respawned, I checked to see if I got to keep my clothes. I was happy to see that I did, and I was amazed that it even still noted that the button was popped. I can't wait to play more.
I just wanted to give my many thanks to you for creating such a terrific game. It's been a pivotal part of the furry community since its conception—and I'm sure you've noticed in the past that others not involved in our little fat-centered niche find it enjoyable too ;3. It's always good to come back and enjoy several years later. And thanks to Ruffle and Twine others can experience it too! (at least until the internet explodes in a fiery solar flare).
Many thanks for also inspiring writers like myself
