When one is trapped in a certain role, unable to pass on or settle down into something more comfortable...well, fashion tends to stray into the past. Kore normally could project clothing onto himself as he so desired, but it took more effort than he found it worth to make others just accept his garb. Still, hard to go wrong with a simple robe over himself...although with the changes coming into the world, perhaps he could find something more comfortable...
