Attack techniques:
Charge Beam-using her study of the electrical element, Starshine can focus her psychic energy into electrical energy and fire it at her opponents, this attack may raise Starshine's Special Attack stat.
Confusion-Not yet having enough experience to learn to use Psychic, this attack allows Starshine to pick up objects and people and throw them away from her telekinetically. This attack may confuse weaker-minded opponents.
Calm Mind-Starshine uses her wide knowledge of Psychic Energy to increase the power of all her other attacks as well as make her more defensive against attacks used against her.
Magical Leaf-Using the power of nature mixed with her own innate Psychic power, Starshine shoots leaves controlled by telekinesis at her opponents. Starshine is an expert marksman with this attack that cannot possibly miss.
Biography: Starshine is somewhat of a model pupil, though she often ends up arriving late to class due to oversleeping (her nature is lax). She is very observant and learns very quickly. For her age she has a very wide knowledge of the Psychic element as well as having studied electricity and nature and added them to her list of powers. She is quite friendly, but values her knowledge and abilities more than her friends, she has no tolerance for people who annoy her. She also is told often to take a rest from her studies and spend some time having fun, but she tells them that she finds studying fun, much to their surprise.
