Because I felt like making another Mr Mime gijinka, this one being an elderly male. He doesn't like Dark or Fairy types but a lot of people don't hate him too much for it because he's too set in his ways. He also uses a wheelchair when his legs are really playing up...heh, he should have Defeatist as his ability rather than Soundproof (he's deaf in one ear).
