It might be an M4 in appearance but that gun is designed to go up against carbon fibre plating actually, so its quite effective, much more than a lot of modern rifles.

Yes it is. One, if it gets dirt, mud, water, or snow in it, it will still fire. Two, during the North Hollywood Shootout in LA, On Febuary 28, 1997 by two bank robbers named Larry Eugene Phillips Jr and Emil Decebal Mătăsăreanu, they were known by the LAPD as the High Incident Bandits. Larry Phillips fired a fully automatic AK-47 with 100 round drum maginze at the LAPD, while his partner Emil Mătăsăreanu fired a Bushmaster XM15 and a HK-91. They fired over 2,000 rounds of ammo that day, the bullets hit the cars (even police cars), trees, and building walls. But lucky, only 18 people were injured, and the only the bad guys died, Larry shot himself with the Beretta 92F pistols, which was what normal LAPD officers had at the time, while one had a shot gun, only SWAT has automatic rifles, anyway his partner was shot by police, and was injured, but he died of his injuries, so only the bad guys die.
